John Edward Brunett "Jeb" Parmalee

Since I'm a derp and forgot to do this before, here's Jeb's application! Since it will serve as a profile here, I haven't included the OOC stuff. I've also removed an OOC note in the name section. However, I've kept the samples (both from his original application and his canon update application) I used in because they do help give more insight on him, as well as an explanation on his abilities that I was requested to write up.
