Out of curiosity, what kind of chocolate does everyone like? Personally, there's a lot of kinds I enjoy! And you can use chocolate as a topping for a lot of things, too... how many of you have had chocolate-covered strawberries? Those are wonderful!

[He can feel the fluttering of his heart as he writes the message to the other boy.]

Would you like some company today, Mithos? I'm not doing anything and I really want to see you. I can bring some art supplies over, and maybe make something little for us to eat! So, are you okay with it?

Well, as long as you don't mind... [Ah, they're lacing fingers now. ...and Jeb can't help but think that Mithos is adorable when he's being shy. Edging even closer now.]

[He can't keep the smile off his face...which is a very rare sort of thing for him. It seems more common in moments with Jeb, though.

...and now he doesn't know what to say. He doesn't mind the quiet, but he won't object if the other keeps talking.]

...I was thinking of doing something with skies. For my artwork, I mean. What do you think? [Jeb lightly squeezes Mithos' hand, loving and with care.]

[He looks at Jeb again.] It's your art... I think anything you choose will look nice.

[BLUSH.] Y-You really think so?

[he nods and gives Jeb's hand a little squeeze] I do.

That makes me really happy, Mithos. [Jeb could stay with Mithos like this forever, he really could. Reluctantly, he moves to lean against the other boy, but only slightly.]

It's only the truth. [....oh. Jeb is leaning against him a little. His face? It might be pink.]

It's nice hearing it from you. [He leans against Mithos a little more, smiling up at him.]

[...Definitely pink. He smiles warmly down at Jeb. Don't mind him admiring.]

[He can feel the heat in his cheeks rising, his pulse slightly increasing. He doesn't know what Mithos sees in him, especially appearance-wise.] ...ah...

[He sees plenty, or else he wouldn't be taking this long to look. ...Overly aware that he's staring, he shifts his glance to the side a little.]

[Meanwhile, Jeb looks downward, squeezing Mithos' hand again.] ...it's so peaceful, being here with you.

...Yeah. I'm happy you're here. [next to him, and in general]

[He tries to cuddle up closer, but with caution. He doesn't want to do anything that'll make Mithos uncomfortable...]

[He isn't stopping him. His heart is skipping around eagerly, and he strokes Jeb's hand with his thumb in encouragement.]

Mmm... [He'll cuddle up as close as he can, then, before looking back up with Mithos. There's no possible way of hiding his blushing.]

[They can blush like dorks together, then. He likes feeling Jeb's warmth against him, hoping that he'll never leave. Moments like these are little prisms of happiness. He wants to hold them close and never let go.]

[He'll attempt to wrap his free arm around the other's body next.] I really missed you, Mithos...

You did...? [is that his heart beating faster?]

[A short nod.]

Yes, I did. [His own heart is beating quicker at the statement.]

...I miss you too, when you're gone. [with his un-entwined hand, he'll lightly stroke Jeb's arm where it crosses his body.]

[Jeb makes a content sound, smiling wider.] I'm okay with being here now. Luceti, I mean. Because... because it means I can be with you.

[he can feel his heart rising, but he has to make sure...] Would you rather be here than in your own world?

[and now his heart holds its breath, along with the rest of him. He needs to hear the words.]

[It's a hard question to answer. There's so much in his own world that he misses. But something pulls him to answer the way he does, something he can't quite explain--]
